I work in a restaurant as an assistant kitchen manager. We are a very busy restaurant and each day is very demanding. There are a lot of young people that work there and they are just there for the pay cheque. I get very tense at work dealing with the day to day issues and would like to remain calm and stress free can anyone suggest something to get rid of the stress through out the day

for a few years i have felt very down about 80 percent of the time even though my life isnt that bad im 22 i just am sad all the time for no reason i have a hard time sleeping, nightmares, cant hold my head up in public, when i do lay down i have a hard time wanting to get out of bed, daily thoughts of death (not that i have seriously considered this) Would you consider this severe depression? how can i start to snap out of this? what do i do?

My beagle has severe separation anxiety. I cannot leave him alone without him howling nonstop for hours. It causes me stress because I feel like I spend as much time as can with him, but I have a life and have to be away from him sometimes for work and school. I am reluctant to get another dog as many people say because I don’t want to risk doubling my problems. What are some good ways to help cure him of separation anxiety, or at leas keep him from howling so frantically?

I beleive I have some sort of anxiety disorder due to the fact that I get that weird feeling in my stomach and get nervous and/or scared of the future everyday. They’re still working on something safe but in the mean time he’s dealing with some really serious depression. What are some safe natural inexpensive remedies for depression.
